ENGLAND

England was the BOMB!!!! Our friend's daughter was the recepient of a spot to march in the Queen's Parade for New Years. The trip was long but wonderful!!! England had so much history.  It was great to see all the historical buildings.  It was quite a lesson for all of us.  We left the day after Christmas and stayed an entire week.  The flight was 6 hours there 8 hours back.  On the way back we saw icebergs in Greenland.  It was an exciting flight for that part anyway. Glad I didn't have to sit next to Mr. BO on the way back.  I guess they kept him!!! :)

New York

This year was a different year for our family.  We decided to spend Thanksgiving in New York with some friends.  Our friends daughter won an opportunity to march in the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade for cheering.  It was quite and experience.  I enjoyed the trip.....Great friends make a great trip but New York is not the place for this country girl.  The smells were atrocious and it was so crowded.  We saw Rock of Ages on Broadway and the Rockettes, loved both.  Got front row tickets to Rock of Ages and it was QUITE THE SHOW!!! I absolutely loved Central Park.  It felt like home.  I can see why people spend so much time there.  I think the next trip will be to somewhere other than a big city. Can't hate all big cities because I LOVED LOS ANGELES.  I guess it is a little more spread out.  Peace out New York......probably won't see me again.

Meeting the Winchesters

Yes it is true.  My best friend and I met The Winchesters!!! It was awesome.  We went to Californina for the first time in March of 2010.  We attended a Supernatural Con and had an awesome time.  California is a beautiful state.  People live way to fast for me there but the scenery is great and the weather ain't so bad either. Met some new friends and also and old one.

Twilight Convention-Atlanta, GA

Just back from my very first Twilight Convention sponsored by Creation Entertainment. I just want to say if you had an opportunity to go.....DO IT. It was a wonderful weekend long trip. Myself and Tonya had an opportunity to hear question and answer sessions with Billy Burke, Peter Facinelli, Kellan Lutz and the beautiful Ashley Greene. Just a little note to let all that enjoy the Twilight series that these actors were very gracious and friendly. They posed for pics that were payed for as well as freebies. I want to give Ashley and Kellan a plug for being so personable. They both seemed like very normal young people. We had an opportunity to have wine and cheese with them both and they were quite nice. It was just a small group of 9 people and them two and we got to just talk about general stuff. Kellan Lutz is totally hilarious. I also want to urge all who can to support him in his career because he did something that went above and beyond fan appreciation. At the vampire ball there was a young girl with Down's Syndrome at the table next to us seated with her mom. Kellan approached the table and hugged the little girl and then proceeded to twirl her across the dance floor. Not only did that make the girls life I am sure her mom could only stand there and cry tears of joy. Please, please support him. He was very kind. It is never heard of that actors do such kind things and I think he should be praised for this action.

LOVE HIM FOREVER.

I AM NOW TEAM EMMETT......FOREVER!!!!!!

Jacob Black

I would now like to comment on Twilight, the movie. I love it!!!!! I have seen it 6 times!! It was great but I have to say Jacob's hair needs some work. I hope that Jacob gets good hair representation in New Moon. Edward had great hair representation and I am hoping that Jacob gets the excellent hair that he deserves. Get rid of that crappy wig. I have Halloween wigs that look better. Please people. Give us a break.
